BVPM Tenant Services

Types of Properties:

  • We specialize in residential properties (single-family, duplex, town home, condo)

Application/Processing:

  • Your qualification is based on credit, income, employment & previous/current landlord references
  • Before you sign your lease, we do a walk-through of the property and fill out a property condition checklist and provide you with a CDROM with digital pictures. Upon move-out, we will do a final walk-through with the same property condition checklist

What to Expect While Leasing from BVPM:

  • Provide maintenance services with licensed, insured & experienced maintenance workers
  • Periodic drive-by surveys to check the external condition of properties
  • Property safety inspections (2 times per year, minimum)
  • 24-Hour Emergency Services
  • Provide monthly statements that include a record of payments for the previous month
  • At the end of the signed lease term, your lease automatically becomes month-to-month and can be terminated upon 30 days written notice by either party
  • We will make reasonable effort to work with you should financial difficulties arise that affect your ability to pay your rent
  • In the unfortunate event that it becomes necessary, we process evictions according to state law

30-Days before the end of your lease, we will begin advertising for a new tenant using any of the following methods:

  • Print media: may include - Gazette, American Classified, Pikes Peak Publishing
  • Local military installations (AFRN- Armed Forces Referral Network)
  • Web Advertising
  • Yard sign
